Dining at CDS

FLIK Independent School Dining provides delicious menu items for students in kindergarten to eighth grade and faculty at CDS.

The service includes a daily choice of snack and lunch, prepared and served in our dining hall. Each day there is a choice of soup, full salad bar, deli bar, hot entree and sides. Vegetarian and gluten free options are also available.  Fresh fruit and other sumptuous desserts are served daily and specialty tasting items are highlighted each month. *Early Childhood families have the opportunity to opt into the dining program.

Chef Chris has been a professional chef for 20 years and aims to bring his best to Chatham Day School every day. He has worked for the prestigious AAA 5-Diamond Short Hills Hilton under the direction of Chef Robert Trainor. With an education from The Culinary Institute of America, and years of experience managing his own restaurant, Chef Chris strives to forever hone his craft.
